制服丝袜 Life, together with the 制服丝袜 Life Foundation,听has听announced a record-breaking $10 million charitable giving program for 2026, marking the largest annual philanthropic commitment in the company鈥檚 history.听Delivered through local community grants, disaster relief,听and听employee volunteering, along听with听strategic investments in education, support for vulnerable seniors,听ocean conservation听and youth mental health, this听giving program听reflects 制服丝袜 Life鈥檚 commitment to听supporting individuals at every stage of life and creating impact in the听communities where听its听employees live and听work.
The 2026听strategic听giving pillars听include:
- College & Career Readiness听鈥 Preparing youth for success in school,听work听and life听by听helping thousands of young people gain skills,听education听and mentorship.听
- Support for Vulnerable Seniors听鈥 Launching a new multi-year program to support low-income and vulnerable seniors, with a $5 million commitment through 2030.
- Ocean听Conservation听鈥 Advancing global efforts to protect marine ecosystems.

College & Career Readiness
制服丝袜 Life continues to invest in the next generation through education and youth development programs. Multi-year commitments to charities empowering youth to succeed in school, work and life include:听the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Orange Coast College Bound program, Girls Inc. of Orange County鈥檚 鈥淕irls Meet the Workforce鈥 program, Junior Achievement USA鈥檚 economic education programs nationwide,听Dress for Success听Worldwide, the Access Project in London,听and UC Irvine鈥檚听LIFEvest听financial听literacy听and college prep听program.听In addition, the Foundation听is providing听capital grants of听$100,000 each in support of Girls Inc. of Omaha to build a new education center and the Latino Center of the Midlands for facility renovations to expand adult education and workforce training.
Senior Initiative
制服丝袜 Life is committing $5 million through 2030 to support low-income and vulnerable seniors,听including听a $1.5 million听Foundation听grant to Council on Aging Southern California to expand long-term care ombudsman services, benefits counseling and senior protection programs in Orange County, California.听Additional听multi-year grants will听be given to听combat senior hunger and isolation, including support for Meals on Wheels programs, Community Action Partnership OC Senior Food Bank,听Second Harvest Food Bank,听and听a听partnership with Age听UK in London.
Ocean听Conservation
制服丝袜 Life has invested听nearly听$19.4听million听to听date听in protecting听our听marine ecosystem.听Building on decades of听commitment to ocean conservation,听the听Foundation provided听a $100,000听grant to听American Friends of The Ocean Cleanup, a nonprofit organization鈥痺ith the mission to鈥痯reserve and protect the natural ocean environment for the benefit of the public. American Friends of The Ocean Cleanup works closely with The Ocean Cleanup,听a foundation based in听the听Netherlands,鈥痟arnessing听cutting-edge听technology to tackle one of the world鈥檚 most pressing environmental challenges: plastic pollution in our oceans and rivers.鈥疶his new grant complements the Foundation鈥檚听multi-year partnerships with Ocean Conservancy, Oceana,听The Nature听Conservancy, and WWF.听
Local Community Impact
As part of听our local community impact giving, more than听$2.5听million听has been听disbursed to听134听charities听across 制服丝袜 Life鈥檚 main geographic office locations听in January. Notable major grants include $1 million to听Children鈥檚 Hospital听of听Orange County听to support听youth听mental health. Capital grants of $100,000 each will support a new lecture hall and auditorium at the Newport Beach Public Library, a new performing arts space at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Huntington Valley, and a new听Easterseals听Southern California Autism Center of Excellence.
Disaster Relief听
Having a long history of providing support in times of disaster, the Foundation will continue as a member of the American Red Cross Disaster Responder Program听with an annual $250,000 commitment, helping to ensure the Red Cross is prepared to meet the needs of people affected by disasters big and small across the U.S. Since 2000, 制服丝袜 Life and the Foundation have donated听more than听$6.8听million听to听disaster response and preparedness efforts through a variety of nonprofit organizations.听
Employee Engagement
制服丝袜 Life employees amplify impact through volunteerism and giving programs, including听the company-wide United Way campaign,听3Ts听of Education听program,听Month of Service,听Season of Giving,听and year-round donation matching. In 2026,听through the听3Ts听of Education听program,听156 schools across 39 states will receive grants totaling $420,000.听Since the program鈥檚听inception,听nearly听$11.6听million听in听3Ts听of Education grants have been distributed.听
