Aristotle Completes Acquisition of �Ʒ�˿�� Asset Management from �Ʒ�˿�� Life

Rebrands acquired firm to Aristotle �Ʒ�˿�� Capital, LLC

Reorganizes Certain �Ʒ�˿�� Funds into new Aristotle Funds

LOS ANGELES, CA and NEWPORT BEACH, CA – APRIL 17, 2023 – today announced it has completed the acquisition of���Ʒ�˿�� Asset Management LLC, a leader in liquid credit investments, from �Ʒ�˿�� Life Insurance Company (“�Ʒ�˿�� Life”). �Ʒ�˿�� Asset Management has officially been rebranded to Aristotle �Ʒ�˿�� Capital, LLC (“Aristotle �Ʒ�˿��”) and currently manages over $20 billion in assets.

Aristotle �Ʒ�˿�� will maintain its investment team and will continue to be led by Dominic Nolan, CFA, Chief Executive Officer, ensuring continuity of investment management expertise and nurturing the trusted connections they have built servicing their clients.

In addition, Aristotle further announces the reorganization of certain funds of �Ʒ�˿�� Funds, �Ʒ�˿�� Life’s publicly offered mutual fund complex, into new Aristotle Funds, following approval by shareholders of such certain �Ʒ�˿�� Funds. ��A newly formed Aristotle affiliate, Aristotle Investment Services, LLC, will serve as the Advisor and Administrator to the new Aristotle Funds.

The acquisition and reorganization efforts combined add over 50 professionals and approximately $22 billion in new assets to the Aristotle organization and broaden Aristotle’s suite of investment offerings to help clients reach their long-term financial goals. Aristotle and its affiliates, including Aristotle �Ʒ�˿��, now have more than $77 billion in assets under management.¹
